The February wine & food match at the Terroir Bar is Strewn's Merlot 2006 Terroir and a delicious Flourless Chocolate Cake created by the Wine Country Cooking School.  The Merlot 2006 Terroir is an elegant wine showing lovely aromas of sweet cherries with a medium body and a light touch of tannin on the finish.
