Our sunny rooms dedicated to making our guests feel at home and a little nostalgic for the Tuscany flavour. Breakfast is a delight. Fresh fruit (in season) with home-made muffins and tasty grain breads accompany the daily surprise from the kitchen. We have an outdoor cat that does not sleep in the home. Children 10 and up welcome. Rates: Low season Nov 1st to Apr 30th Monday - Thursday $140 plus tax Friday - Sunday $150 plus tax High Season May 1st to Oct. 31st Monday - Thursday $150 plus tax Friday - Sunday $165 plus tax Credit Card Needed For Deposit. 2 night minimum booking required on weekends in High Season. *within 24hours of weekend (Thursdays) call for possible one nights. Extra bed in rooms; COT for CHILD only (not suitable for adult) Cost is $45 per night. One night deposit will be taken upon booking. Cancellation Before 14 Days Advance - No Penalty Cancellation within 14 days of arrival will forfeit deposit unless the room is re-rented. 10 km to the centre of town. |
