Treat yourself to this serene Old Town retreat: a pristine Canadian Victorian farmhouse built in 1850 by the family of Jeremiah Hoyt, a run-away slave who arrived in NOTL via the underground railroad. House is tastefully and freshly decorated with antiques throughout, including an intricately carved 1905 Canadian-made studio upright piano. Bring your sheet music, your reading list and even your laptop; house has high speed Internet access, central air conditioning and satellite TV. This restful home is situated on a half acre Old Town property that boasts exceptional gardens and three separate outdoor sitting areas: a covered front porch, a stone patio on the side of the house, and a deck tucked into a back yard oasis. If you must venture out from Piano House, it's an easy walk to shopping, Shaw Festival theaters, restaurants, community swimming pool and tennis.

This gracious home accommodates four guests maximum. Adults and children over 12 years of age only. There are two bedrooms and a bath on the second floor; one offers a queen four-poster bed, the other has an antique double bed. First floor has formal 'parlor' with piano and carved Victorian sofa, formal DR, den/TV room, powder room and new fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and microwave. Linens and towels are provided. No smoking and no pets, please.
Rate of $249 per night is for two people only. Rate when four people occupy the cottage is $275. Weekly rate discounts available.

Cheque or money order, please. Check-in is 4PM; check-out time is 11AM. A 25% deposit is required at time of booking. Balance is payable one month prior to arrival date. Deposit less 10% is returned if cancellation is made 30 days prior to arrival date. Full deposit is forfeited for cancellations made in the 30 days prior to scheduled arrival unless we are able to re-book for the days of your scheduled visit.
