You are actually right in the historic preservation area and everything is within easy strolling distance. From the outside the cottage is perfectly preserved. Step-in and the transformation is to a spacious lounge with a gas log fireplace & full HDTV with DVD and CD player. Original 19th Century water colours and contemporary Italian art, central heating and air-conditioning, luxury bathroom with heated slate floor and frameless shower screen, restored claw-foot bath, three bedrooms- each with a different theme-and a polished travertine and solid pine-floored kitchen-dining room.

High Season Rates for two people using 1 bedroom only is:$300 per night

Please note that in July and August there is a 5 night minimum stay required, other months as indicated below:

Apr - $220 per night, weekly $1320 (2 nt minimum)

May - $250 per night, weekly $1495 (2nt minimum)

June - $275 per night, weekly $1650 (2nt minimum)

Jul/Aug - $300 per night, weekly $1795 (5 nt minimum)

Sept - $275 per night, weekly $1650 (3 nt minimum)

Oct - $265 per night, weekly, $1590 (2 nt minimum)

Nov - $230 per night, weekly $1380 ( 2 nt minimum)

Dec 1st - Dec 19th $230 per night, weekly $1380 (2nt minimum)

Dec 20th - Dec 26th $270 per night, weekly $1620 (4 nt minimum)

Dec 28th - Jan 3rd $415 per night, weekly $2490 ( 4 nt minimum)

There is an extra $40 charge per night for each extra bedroom used to a total of $380 per night for six people in July and August.
