A Symphony of Sweets
Sunday August 28, 2005 7:30 p.m. - $49.00 per person Discover the secret of blending sound and taste in an outdoor concert amidst the gardens of the Grand Victorian circa 1870, surrounded by the vineyards of Reif Estate Winery. The wind musicians of the Niagara Symphony are led by conductor and musicologist Daniel Swift as they explore the varied palate of light classical music. Wine expert and music lover Linda Bramble joins Daniel and the audience in a playful interpretation of taste inspired by the artistry of the composers and the vintners. Delightful metaphors leading to a deeper appreciation of both classic art forms emerge! Guests will enjoy an evening of sweet entertainment complemented by a sampling of Award Winning Icewine paired with a symphony of sweets.
