Niagara-on-the-Lake
On Wednesday, October 14, 2020, Town Council repealed By-law 5248-20, which provided
temporary regulations to require the wearing of masks, face shields, or face coverings in enclosed public spaces in the Town of Niagara-on-the-Lake.
This action was taken in recognition of the more strict Provincial Regulation
(O.Reg. 364/20:
Rules for Areas in Stage 3), requiring the use of masks or face coverings that cover the nose, mouth and chin with no gap when in enclosed spaces.
Stay safe and healthy.
