This annual pilgrimage to Niagara-on-the-Lake occurs on the 2nd Sunday of June, with a parade that pays homage to the all-volunteer Polish Blue Army, also known as Haller’s Blue Army.  This is a yearly pilgrimage to this historic site and the cemetery where 26 volunteers are buried.  They were training at the Tadeusz Kociuszko Camp, for deployment to France in 1918.  Due to an influenza epidemic they died before deployment to Europe but their souls are remembered each and every year by the Canadian Polish Congress and the Polish American Congress.

Everyone is encouraged to participate in this event and show the Canadian Polish Congress we care and have not forgotten "Haller’s Blue Army".
