Sauvignon Blanc is a gorgeous Bordeaux white which is enchanting and alluring because it can take on intense tropical flavours, citrus, and even some savory spice (if aged and fermented in Oak). This fruit for this wine was sourced from Creek Shores and the juice was fermented in 100% stainless steel with 8 hours of skin contact to add complexity and texture to the finished wine.
