By Car 

The most straightforward way to reach Niagara-on-the-Lake is by car. Travel by highway brings you to Glendale, the region’s gateway village. Here, you can connect to Highway 55 that runs through Virgil or detour through the quiet countryside. Parking is available at most accommodation providers and at many public lots nestled in the heritage district. A parking map is available online. 

By Flixbus 

The Flixbus service offers direct transit from Toronto and Niagara Falls to Fort George. From there, connect to the Niagara-on-the-Lake shuttle and make your way towards Queen Street. 

By Local Transit & Shuttle 

Hop on the WEGO bus service connecting Niagara Falls to the Niagara-on-the-Lake shuttle at Fort George. Passes can be purchased at the Floral Clock in Queenston or at the Fort George Visitor Centre. For more flexible routes, NRT on Demand provides a ride-share service with flat-fee pricing, connecting you to other areas in the Niagara Region. 

By Bike 

Niagara-on-the-Lake offers cycling routes across the region. Trace the Niagara River all the way from Fort Erie or stop at wineries along Highway 55 if you’re simply passing through. With bike rentals available for all ages, you can journey through Niagara-on-the-Lake at any time and any pace. A map of cycling routes is available online.
