The culinary team, led by Executive Chef Mark Longster, blends delicacies from the Niagara region with exquisite selections from around the world. Perfectly-grilled steaks, fresh seafood and other classic dishes are served in surroundings that reflect the era of early Upper Canada, with exposed wood beams, rich red brick, and cozy fireside dining. An open-hearth oven is the heart of the restaurant.
The classic brick oven is where thin-crust California pizzas are made. Doubling as a serving station, the hearth is an omelette bar during breakfast and a pizza/pasta bar during lunch. At dinnertime, appetizers and desserts can be found on the hearth and, during Sunday brunch, waffles are the pick of the day.
The HobNob restaurant is one of the truly special dining experiences in Niagara-on-the-Lake. The Dining Room is located in the old parlour and still features its original crystal chandeliers, fireplaces, floors, windows and doors – and of course charm. The room is now painted a warm persimmon colour and offers comfortable upholstered banquettes and wing back chairs along with the more traditional dining chair. Whether taking afternoon tea and scones or savouring a multi-course meal prepared by Chef Steve Sperling, dining at the HOB NOB restaurant is always special.
Our wine list features the best that Niagara has to offer including a wonderful selection of ice wines to accompany that special dessert. During the warmer months, a candle lit dinner can be enjoyed on the side verandah which overlooks the gardens as well as North America's oldest golf course.
After dinner, guests are welcome to enjoy a glass of port or ice wine or perhaps a specialty coffee in the adjoining lounge or sit on the verandah to enjoy the evening sky.

Since 1991, the Epicurean has provided its fresh dining experience to locals and visitors alike. We tailor our menu and the style of our service to suit our customers' needs. That's why we operate as a casual Café from 9am to 5:30pm serving fresh food options such as sandwiches, soups and quiches, and as a sit-down Bistro from 5pm to 9pm. The Bistro menu offers a regular menu and an additional menu that changes with the seasons!
Reservations not required for café, however are highly recommended for dinner.
The Farmhouse Café at Caroline Cellars is a natural extension of our farm and winery, serving up relaxed wine country fare year round. We love food and we know you love food - we make as many of our menu items in-house as we can, sourcing local in-season ingredients from our local farming community, but also from a sizeable on-site garden where we grow our own fruits, veggies and herbs. The result is a fresh, homey and comforting menu with wine country flare.

Pie'za Pizzeria serves 'Neapolitan' style pizza respecting the rules of the Vera Pizza Napoletana Association (VPN). Our product is a traditional style of pizza found in Naples, Italy. Our wood burning oven was imported from Naples weighing in at 5000 pounds and reaches 800 degrees. Our '00' flour and San Marzano tomatoes are also imported from Italy. We handcraft our dough daily as we strive to bring you the freshest product possible. In addition to pizza, we also offer a variety of appetizers and antipasto to start off your meal. Our wine list features some of Niagara's best wineries and also includes some classic Italian favourites. Enjoy lunch or dinner pre or post performance at the Shaw, takeout available.
