On Sunday, December 8th, we are excited to welcome Chef Harrison Hennick and his Chef de Cuisines; Justin Grosz and Mel Bayaborda from Nique restaurant in Hamilton. Chef Harrison is opening a new Italian restaurant, Martello, which is Italian for “hammer” and a play on Hamilton’s nickname “The Hammer”. Kitchen76 Chef Christine Mast and Chef Harrison are excited to work together and combine the traditional authentic Italian served in Kitchen76 with Harrison’s philosophy of being both approachable and adventurous.
Join us as we step into the past with an old-time Christmas dinner, inspired by the holiday tables of the past.
Chef Mast of Kitchen76 is recreating a meal with historical Canadian recipes. Guests will arrive at 6:30 starting with mulled wine and roasted chestnuts, this wonderful evening will warm your soul, bringing you back to a simpler time during this holiday season.
Join us for a holiday event that will include activities, crafts and games for all to enjoy! Hot beverages and treats, as well as scheduled musket demonstrations will be provided.
