Indulge in the country charm of one of Niagara's favourite family owned and operated wineries. Caroline Cellars takes pride in four generations of grape growing tradition – in Germany and in Canada – in order to produce wines for all to enjoy. We are situated on prime grape growing soil and employ many years of experience and skill in order to produce grapes and wines of exceptional quality.
This family estate winery is set among 35 hectares of pristine vines in the St David's Bench sub-appellation. Founded in 1978 by Canadian wine-industry visionary Paul Bosc, the winery continues to innovate with pioneering viticultural research. All wines are crafted from grapes grown on their own vineyards using sustainable farming techniques.
Colaneri Estate Winery
Colaneri Estate Winery is a family-owned and operated winery beautifully situated on the St. David's Bench in Niagara's wine region. The grapes are hand-picked and harvested to produce premium VQA award-wining wines from its surrounding vineyards. Most of the wines are made in the traditional Italian appassimento method of drying the grapes. Our portfolio includes red, white, dessert, Recioto, Ripasso and Amarone style wines.

Established in 1975 by Karl J. Kaiser and Donald Ziraldo, Inniskillin was founded upon and dedicated to the principle of producing and bottling outstanding VQA wines. Our historic Brae Burn barn houses the Visitor and Tour Centre, Wine Tasting Bar and the Boutique. We offer many premium wine varieties, including our World Famous Icewine to taste and purchase. Enjoy a guided public tour or self-guided tour. Private tours can be arranged for groups of 15 or more.

Marynissen Estates has its roots deeply embedded in the soil of Niagara-on-the-Lake. Located in the four mile creek sub appellation at the base of the escarpment the estate is home to the oldest commercial planting of Cabernet Sauvignon in Canada. The property was purchased in 1953 by viticulture pioneer John Marynissen and his wife Adrianna (Nanny). As there was an existing vineyard on the lot, they started growing their own grapes and in 1975, they began planting vinifera varieties, Chardonnay, Gewurztraminer, Riesling, Merlot and Gamay Noir.

Tucked into the Niagara Peninsula wine area, MW Cellars was founded by Marty Werner, a local to the region and skilled winemaker, using grapes from farms along the Niagara Lakeshore and St. David’s Bench sub-appellations. Niagara College Teaching Winery
Niagara College is located at the foot of the escarpment, on one of the most beautiful campuses in Canada! This is where the winemakers and viticulturalists learn their craft. Spend an entire afternoon on the Niagara-on-the-Lake campus: tour our winemaking facility, visit the greenhouse, hike the wetlands ridge trail and dine at the Culinary Institute dining room.

Our winery story begins at the end of the American Revolution when Colonel John Butler's Rangers disbanded and many of them were granted land in the Niagara Township as a reward for their services. These petitions were the inspiration for our Crown Land Collection as our property was deeded as Lot 171 and granted to Nathanial Hanes by the crown on May 16, 1798 who became one of many settlers who opened up a frontier of fertile farming in Niagara. Now, two centuries later, The Hare Wine Co. celebrates the noble and historical bounty of not only our property, now home to our estate winery vineyard, but also that of the entire region.
