Tasting Notes
Bursting with notes of green apple, fragrant fresh wild flowers, pear drop candy and a hint of honey are distinct on the nose. A bouquet of lemon zest, stone fruit and minerality take shape on the palate as snappy acidity balances out the succulent, slight sweetness.
Production Notes
The fruit for this elegant Riesling came from our very best, select Niagara Peninsula vineyards. The fruit was destemmed and immediately pressed to extract the abundant varietal characteristics and cold fermented at 13°C for ten days. Fermentation was then arrested specifically to capture the perfect sugar and acid balance.
