With your reservation, we offer the following inclusions:
- Seating: You’ll be serendipitously placed with other mix and mingle guests like yourself.
- Tablescape: We will provide all Mix and Mingle tables with a pink tablecloth. We encourage you to bring additional decorations for your shared table.
- Curate Your Culinary Experience: Coordinate a delightful picnic meal to complement the evening's festivities.
- Non-Alcoholic Refreshments: Please bring your own non-alcoholic beverages. Kindly note that no outside alcohol will be permitted per licensing regulations.

If a cancellation is made more then 30 days prior to the event: a full refund will be issued back to the original payment method. If the cancellation is made prior to 15 days to the event: a 50% refund will be issued back to the original payment method. If cancellation is made with within 15 days prior to the event no refund will be issued.
