Effective Thursday, April 8, 2021 at 12:01 a.m., the government is issuing a province-wide Stay-at-Home order requiring everyone to remain at home except for essential purposes, such as going to the grocery store or pharmacy, accessing health care services (including getting vaccinated), for outdoor exercise , or for work that cannot be done remotely. More information here. Restaurants will be open for take-out dining only and retail shops are able to have offer curbside pick up only.

Icewine Festival 2024
The Niagara-on-the-Lake Icewine Festival is a premier winter event celebrating our region's renowned icewine production. Set against the picturesque backdrop of beautiful Queen Street, the festival offers a unique and immersive experience for attendees. Guests have the opportunity to sample a diverse array of exceptional icewines, expertly crafted by local wineries, and indulge in culinary delights that complement the distinct flavours of this cherished Canadian specialty. Beyond tastings, the festival features live entertainment, ice sculptures, and engaging activities, creating a festive atmosphere that highlights the rich cultural and culinary offerings of the Niagara-on-the-Lake region during the winter season.
